need to know how
many guests
you will want

Will there be other meats or will it be only the Pig?
Is this event
for children, a

a football team?

recommend that
you calculate
about
1 lb to 1.25 lb
of Pig for each
Guest that will
attend.
If you
expect your
guests to want
second helpings,
or each guest
will take some
home afterwards,
or they are just
heavy eaters
then you should
order 1.5 lbs to
